I apologize to everyone who has been attempting to join who was not promptly added! This was due to a maintenance accident and me just being an idiot. Everyone has been moved over properly now, and applications are still open. Again, I apologize, and many thanks to the staff at TFL for pointing out the problem so I could correct it!

This is just a reminder that people joining with websites MUST put up a code. I'll still add you as a member, but I WILL NOT link to your site if you do not have a code when I go to look. You should be proud of being one of Julie's fans, and it's simply good manners to link back here when you join. This isn't just me, it's a rule in every fanlisting that members must post a code on their sites if they have sites. Also, if you do not have a site, you have to include your e-mail address with your application, or I cannot add you. Applications with no name or e-mail address will be deleted. Sorry. :-(
